India is a diverse land and offers numerous tours. The most adventurous is exploring the rich untamed beauty of the country. So, if you are also an adventure lover, then you should also go on an escapade to Bandhavgarh, Shivpuri, or Ranthambore. Plan a wildlife safari tour in India, wherein you can see rare animals and birds. You would also be able to watch tigers, elephants, deer and marine life.
Day 1: Delhi
Our first destination would be New Delhi, from where we would begin our wildlife safari tour. You would reach the city and our agent would take you to a hotel. The day would be spend exploring the city attractions such as Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb, Red Fort and some other well-known government buildings.
Day 02: Delhi - Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh
We would reach airport to board a flight to Khajuraho. We would visit the Bandhavgarh Wildlife Sanctuary, which is about 7 hours drive. After the hectic journey, we would unpack in a jungle resort and relax during the night.
Day 03: Bandhavgarh
We would kick start the day with jeep safaris in Bandhavgarh. The entire morning and evening, we would enjoy elephant safari. At night, we would return back to a lodge and spent the night.
Day 04: Bandhavgarh - Khajuraho
We would depart for Khajuraho and check into a hotel in order to relax for a couple of hours.
Day 05: Khajuraho
We would visit Chandela Group of Temples in both the east and west. The Khajuraho Temples are popular worldwide, which are highly influenced by religions like Jainism, Vaishnism as we as tantrism. After we call it a day, we would return back to hotel and relax.
Day 06: Khajuraho - Orcha - Shivpuri
We would leave for Shivpuri early in the morning and also visit the monument of Orcha during the journey. We would return to jungle lodge for an overnight stay.
Day 07: Shivpuri
We would spend the day at Shivpuri and enjoy 2 safari tours in the jungle. We would watch a number of animals and birds in the forest.
Day 08: Shivpuri - Ranthambore
We would leave Shivpuri to visit the Ranthambore Wildlife Sanctuary in Rajasthan. At this beautiful haven, we would watch leopards, tigers, wild bear, crocodiles, hyenas, sloth bear, to name a few. The night would be spent in a jungle resort.
Day 09: Ranthambore
In Ranthambore, we would enjoy jungle safari on a jeep or on an elephant. You could even stroll in the village and visit Lake Sorwal and Mansarovar in order to watch migratory birds at their game. We would enjoy meals in the jungle resort and chill out there at night.
Day 10: Ranthambore - Jaipur
We would depart from Ranthambore for Jaipur, the pink city. There the entire day would be spent comfortably.
Day 11: Jaipur
We would spend the day sightseeing in Jaipur. We can also enjoy take a tour in the city on an elephant and visit attractions like City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Ambar Fort, Hawa Mahal and Johri Bazaar.
Day 12: Jaipur - Agra via Bharatpur & Fatehpur Sikri
We would begin for Agra stopping over at Bharatpur and Fatehpur Sikrin during the journey. Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is well known in the country for its species of wild birds. We would also visit the Dargah of Sufi Saint Chisti and proceed to Agra. We would unpack at a hotel and stay for the night.
Day 13: Agra
At Agra, we would enjoy city tour and visit tourist attractions such as Sikandra and Itmad-ud-daullha, Agra Fort and Taj Mahal. After the whole day, we would leave for Delhi.
Day 14: Delhi
The wildlife safari tour would come to an end as we board the international flight back home or to next destination.
