Day - 1: Delhi-Pangot (Nainital)
We would begin our journey from Kathgodam. We would reach Kathgodam by Ranikhet Express. On arrival at Kathgodam, we would unpack at a local wildlife lodge and relax for the day. In the morning, we would begin with a walking trail or bird walk from Kilbury station to Pangot. Here we would enjoy piping hot lunch and then start for a bird walk to Baggar. The perfect birding tour would end with a delectable dinner and a comfortable night stay at a hotel.
Day - 2: Pangot (Nainital)- Corbett National Park
We would initiate the day with a trek to Bajun-Mongoli. We would continue the trekking post lunch and end at Mongoli. Then, we would start towards a campsite on the route to Corbett Falls. Here, we would catch a glimpse of forktail, Bharatpuri for Ibisbill. We would end the day on a satisfied and sweet note and retire in a base camp.
Day - 3: Corbett National Park-Delhi/Onward Destination
We would kick start the day with bird watching activity early in the morning at Kumeria. We would enjoy a sumptuous breakfast here and post-lunch, we would begin our road journey to Bijrani area. This area is well known for best birding experience.
The bird watching tour ends satisfactorily as we board the train to Delhi from Ramnagar, and reach the next morning. Those budding ornithologist should plan this birding tour in India to enjoy nature at its best.
